Depending on your computer, you may see the download option automatically, or you may need to select this option from the dropdown menu from'...'.) Please save your completed form and then email it to AbuseReports@nbbc.org.au. This email time stamps and records all forms lodged and concurrently (for accountability) forwards the form to both the Senior Pastor and the Chair of Elders (who, constitutionally, are two different people). If you need to do this anonymously, please create a single use email address for this purpose (for example, via Gmail). Anonymous submissions will be dealt with seriously, but please understand that anonymous submissions may be harder and potentially slower to be fully investigated.
